Maintains a cash bank for selling and cashing tickets.
Must complete required paperwork and balance bank at end of shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Converses with customers and assist them with all transactions, requests and complaints.
Responsible for obtaining all pertinent information on patrons as needed.
